*What is included in the package?
4 Teepee Tent, 4 Air Mattress, 4 Fitted Sheet, 2 Throw Pillows per bed (Sleeping pillows are not provided), Themed Decor, 4 Name Tags, 4 Breakfast Tray, 4 Lanterns (battery powered), & 1 Balloon Garland.
*Can I rent more than 4 teepees for our party?
Yes! If you have the space, we can accommodate any amount of guests you desire.
*Do you include head pillows?
For sanitary reasons, we do not provide head pillows. Please have your guests bring their own pillows.
*Can another theme, other than the listed themes on your website, be done?
We are thrilled to bring your vision to life! With additional themes starting at $75, the sky is the limit for creating a one-of-a-kind experience for you and your guests. Please share your dream theme, and together we will make it a reality.
*How do I book a party?
You can fill out an online inquiry, under the contact section and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. If you would like immediate service please call or text 781-316-7574.
*What is your service area?
We travel up to 20 miles from Saugus, MA. If you are more than 20 miles away please contact us to see if we can accomadate you location.
*Do you have any travel fees?
SlumberBash Boston travels 20 miles from Saugus, MA. Please note there is a $25 travel fee for locations over 20 miles away from Saugus, MA. Please contact us if you are over 20 miles away to see if we can accomadate your location.
*What can I do to prepare my space?
Kindly have a clean space ready, free of pets and furniture. Please note that we are unable to move furniture.
*How much space is needed for the teepees and mattresses?
We need roughly 4 ft for width and 6ft for length for each teepee and mattress. The air mattresses are twin size.
*How do you clean the rentals?
Rest assured; we provide thorough cleanings of all our rentals after each party. All linens (pillow covers, sheets, blankets) are washed with hypoallergenic detergent and all hard surfaces are wiped down with Clorox wipes for your comfort and safety during your celebration. Each air mattress is meticulously wiped with Clorox wipes and disinfecting spray. Tents are steam cleaned and washed after each use. Your safety is very important to us.
*What is the payment schedule?
50% Non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 10 days before the party.
*How can we pay?
You will be sent an invoice via e-mail. We accept all major credit cards.
*What if we accidentally damage the rentals?
Please be aware that any damage to our rentals will result in the customer being responsible for full payment of the item. You will receive an invoice within 24 hours. Absolutely no slime, nail polish, food, permanent markers, make up, or paint on or near the renatls are permitted.
*What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit is non-refundable. You can cancel up to 10 days before the party with forfeit of the deposit. Unfortunately, full payment will be your responsibility after this. We understand that life happens, so please reach out with any changed plans as soon as possible, so we can work to find a solution. We can most likely change the date of your party depending on availability.
*Can the teepees be setup outside?
Unfortunatley these tents are made for indoors only and are not permitted for outdoor use.
*How far in advance should we book our party?
We understand the excitement and anticipation that comes with planning a luxurious sleepover party. To ensure your event is executed flawlessly, we recommend booking your party as early as possible. This allows our team ample time to curate the perfect setup.
By booking in advance, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our experienced event planners, who will work closely with you to bring your vision to life.
However, if you find yourself in a time crunch and need to book your party within 7 days of the event date, a rush fee will apply. This fee helps us ensure that we can still provide the same level of attention and care to your event, despite the shorter turnaround time.
